Video Transcript

"Hi! I am Susan Hilferty. I am the owner and founder of Pole Fitness Studio, the original pole dancing school of Miami, which is the newest craze for fitness. I can be located at www.polefitnessstudio.net, and at 305-801-3951. I am going to show you right now, and this is very important, do not try this without a spotter. I am going to be going inverted. It is called an Inverted Straddle and everything is core. I am not kicking my leg up; I am going to pull myself up from my core muscles and my biceps. This is how we start at first, but let me break down again so I can show you from a different angle so you can see my stomach muscles. There is no kicking involved. I am just peeling myself up and over. Always point your feet. That is the inverted straddle."
