"Hi! My name is Susan Hilferty. I am the owner and founder of the Pole Fitness Studio, the original pole dancing school of Miami located in Coconut Grove, Florida. We are located on the web at www.polefitnessstudio.net or you can give me a call 305-801-3951 and right now I am going to demonstrate to you the back bend. I am going to show you from one angle, and then we will do it from another angle as well. Initially, you should come into a second position. I always speak like a ballerina, since I was one. Open your legs into a second position putting your right arm up, you are going to feel like a rope is pulling your head completely all the way out, when that is happening, come all the way down, all the way down so you hit the floor. Bring your chin into your head and push all the way back. That's it, let’s try it from another angle now, from this angle, we are at the front, bring this arm up, your head is going all the way back, all the way back and down and bring that chin and push back."
