"Hi I am Susan Hilferty with Pole Fitness Studio, the original pole dancing school of Miami located in Coconut Grove, Florida. You can find us on the net at www.polefitnessstudio.net. I am going over some beginner moves here and this one is called The Butterfly. I am going to show you at first, and then break it down. Alright, to break down with this, you are going to put your right foot there and the crook of your knees is going on to the pole, you are going to engage your stomach muscle and your abdominals, it is always core, and you are going to open up like a ballerina and this is why I call it a butterfly, you want to get your momentum when you walk around the pole, walk around, open like a ballerina and turn all the way down to your knees and you are done, very easy and that is our second move."
