Video Transcript

"Hi! I am Susan Hilferty of Pole Fitness Studio, the original pole dancing school of Miami located in Coconut Grove, Florida. You can reach me at 305-801-3951 or on the net at www.polefitnessstudio.net. We are going to go over the first trick called The Fireman. I am going to show you how it looks, and then I am going to break it down. Walk around and up, a lot of upper body and core strength to break down, right arm up, left foot here on the Achilles heel. You are going to really engage your abdominals, these are all core muscles, and you are going to move around in a circular motion, and when that happens the other foot the instep is going to come on the inside, and you are going to pull yourself up and turn around. Here let’s do it again and that’s it."
