"Hi! I am Susan Hilferty of Pole Fitness Studio, the original pole dancing school of Miami at www.polefitnessstudio.net. You can reach me at 305-801-3951. This is the biggest craze in exercise, and I am going to go over some of the exercises with you today. The first thing you get to start is: One, get acquainted with the pole like any relationship. What happens when you do not have trust in a relationship? It falls apart. So I just want you to just start feeling the pole and feel that you can trust it, that it is not going anywhere and you just have it, it is nice, it is not going anywhere. Just start walking around the pole, just start trusting it, walking around using your upper body muscles and your core and just falling with it changing arm directions, you want to level out at each side of the arm so you are not lopsided like any exercise, keep doing that a couple of times and we go on to the next exercise."
