"Get ready for the waterfall. You want to take the 45 centimeter ball, keep a bend behind your knees. The further your feet are, away from your body on this, the easier the move is. So you’re gonna start with a big inhale, exhale, roll the ball along your legs. Come back, around your spine, inhale exhale up, over your legs, down the other side, relax your shoulder blades, inhale, exhale. There’s a little sticking point at the bottom of this move that makes it really tough, you’ve really got to access those deep transverse abdominus muscles. Try and keep your navel to spine, connection. One more time. Very good That’s called the waterfall."
