"Put the ball between your ankles. You’re gonna place your arms flat on the ground, your gonna inhale, exhale over. Keep your legs parallel with the floor, Tuck your hips down, roll one vertebrae down at a time over the mat. You’re gonna need to use your triceps in the back of your arms to help with this initially until your abs can take it. Inhale exhale, up. You want to end up even between both shoulder blades here, you don’t want to favor one side or another. One more time, inhale exhale up, nice and slow. Total control, let your abs take it and wind it back down. Good job."
