"And some great inner thigh workout here. You are going to bring the ball between your ankles. Heel to Gluts, I call this. Hand behind the back of your head. You are going to bend behind your knees straight, bend, straight. This is a great exercise for lengthening the hamstrings out and it’s a great addition to any mat pilates routine. Heel to gluts, and straight, heels to gluts. Notice my elbows are nice and wide. I am not doing this so I’m not crunching on the neck. My head is relaxed. My inner thighs and abs are doing all the work. Lengthen. "
