Video Transcript

"Ollies your first intro to jumping and to popping off the ground. A good thing to start off with is a nice flat area. Just stand on your board strapped in and just jump straight up. So get a feel of what it is to come off the ground and land. What an ollie is, is starting with your lead foot pull that off the ground and shift your weight to the tail of the board. While all your weights on the tail, then pop off that tail bring it suck your knees to your chest so you're nice and high, then come down and land. So, ollie, fast motion is like this. Lead foot, back foot, all the way up to your chest then come down. So, ollie right foot back. Pop it up. Start with my front foot back, and ollie up."
