"Hi, my name is Tiffany Parks I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to tell you a little bit about powerlifting. From your powerlifting coach you're going to ask if you can take some wraps home so work out your forearms what you do you step on the edge of the wrap. You have this end you start rolling it and then you start pulling it and you roll it as tight as you can. You want to make it has hard as a rock as you roll this you're using your forearms and it will make your forearms very tight, it's kind of a thing that nobody really knows they're doing but their working out while they're rolling their wraps. Rolling your wraps is one of those things people hate doing the most, a couple of my friends during powerlifting season they we're complaining about having to roll their wraps and I told them I was like well have you tried doing your bench, has your bench improved since you've been doing this? And they we're like "oh I don't now" and I was like okay whatever. What I want you to do is start rolling your wraps and then I want you to go and see how well your bench has improved or how much your bench has improved. If any and they went in there and they we're like "wow" they were like "this really helps", and so they started rolling wraps about every other day to help improve their bench."
