"Hi, my name is Tiffany Parks I'm here on behalf of Expert Village and I'm going to tell you a little bit about powerlifting. Because I was stuck at 200 pounds I could not lift over 200 pounds if my life depended on it. Finally I got some advice from one of the people I lifted with and they told me those smaller multiple repetitions that we kept doing that would help me overcome it. So what I did I just went and got on the bench one day I took off all the weights I just got my 45 pound bar and I just went at it. I tried to see how many repetitions I could do as fast as I could do it that way you're not dangering yourself and it's something you can do on your own. You don't have to have other people around but also some little things that you could do is you could do multiple setups you can work on your push ups perform, your push ups form."
