"Hi! My name is Tiffany Parks and I am here on behalf of Expert Village. I am going to tell you a little bit about power lifting. Then you want to make sure that you are set right on the bar. All your bars normally have grids on them. So what you want to do is put the tip of your thumb on the end of the grid and then you want to grasp tight and go ahead and pick it up and then you are going to come slowly down and touch your chest and then bring it straight back up and then rack. Most people tend to lock out at different times and what Anthony is going to show you is whenever they make that mistake, there are certain things that you need to correct. So Anthony if you will pick it up again and this time take it down and then come up and lock one arm out and the other and then he tends to struggle more. So rack and now that is something you want to try to prevent from happening. "
