I was a State contender all 4 years of high school. I won State my first 3 years and today I am just going to kind of tell you a little of the basics on how to get started with power lifting and everything that it entails kind of just to give you a little bit of jump start towards power lifting and maybe share a few little tips that I've picked up over the years to help you out. So let's get started. Whenever you work out, make sure you have a partner with you. Before you get started lifting weights, you need to do a couple of stretches so you don't tear a muscle or tear a ligament or something that would just result in bad things.
