Okay this has been Tim Gardener with ExpertVillage.com, going over some advanced techniques in football, hope that you learn something. The most important thing in learning advanced technique is practice. As practicing them making sure you get a lot of repetition at them, making sure you’re doing them right and the most important thing is making sure you’re doing them right when you’re tired. That’s the best time to work on your technique is because you’re tired, it’s the best time to train your mind to do what it’s suppose to do no matter what and your body will react. Okay in practicing advanced techniques, it is very important to visualize, practicing visualization. What visualization is – is actually visualizing yourself doing a technique before you practice it, it makes for a much more natural situation when you actually start to do it because your mind has already seen it, you’ve already gone through it a number of times and it’s a very comfortable situation for you. So you want to be able to visualize, imagine yourself doing everything right so that it’s easy for your muscles to remember that and to actually do that motion.
