Okay when you’re getting ready to make a move on a defensive back, you’ve got to recognize that they are watching your whole body. So you’ve got to realize that if I stop and my arms stop too, they know I’m about to make a move and they are going to stop, but to deceive them, I’ve got to keep my arms moving, so it gives them an illusion that I’m still coming at them and it keeps them still in their back peddles. You want to give this illusion and then you want to make your break, so you always want to keep your arms moving. "
