"A great variation of the switch pop shove it, is a switch front side pop shove it. So, remember when you did the switch pop shove it, it was in the way that you could see. And, that's called backside. Now, switch front side pop shove it is going to go behind you. And, the name is a little bit confusing. But, basically it has to do with vert skating and how the names came about. So, for the switch front side pop shove it you'll set your feet up very similar to a switch front side one-eighty. But, with the switch front side pop shove it you first do a switch ollie. Pop it like this and with this foot send it over. This foot you pop up and it catches and it goes behind you. And, then you land back on the board and you continue rolling switch. Now, the switch front side pop shove it is an especially good trick. Because, it's easier to pop high and have it be leveled. It doesn't flip as easy as the other version, the switch backside pop shove it. The switch front side pop shove it can come straight up, you can catch it and hold it and land it and roll away. But, it's also a tricky one. Because, it's a very slight motion. So, remember you setup into switch ollie position. Switch ollie, shove it behind you, land, switch and then roll away. And, that's a switch front side pop shove it."
