"Whether you're a beginner, intermediate, tournament player, or a league player you always want to size up your opponent. The best strategy is to look at your opponent and see what kind of player they are. You know physically, if they're somebody you can tell that's not very fast take advantage of them. You're trying to win these matches so take advantage of the fact that they're not fast. Run them all over the place, you don't have to kill every ball. You can run them all over until you know they're going to get tired. If you know their game and you've played them over and over, and you've watched them play size them up. See what they're weaknesses are. Take mental note of what's, or take a note on paper and keep these things in your memory and when you play them you can take them down. Hit a corner shot if they're not good at getting front to back speed, from back to front they're not very fast, hit these corner shots. If they're not very fast at moving backwards hit the pass shots. You can always size up your opponent by looking at them, look at them physically, look at their game style, take note of what's going on and what's the way to beat them. Sizing up your opponent is key when it comes to strategy in this game of racquetball."
