"Now where going to talk about training for Racquetball. All Racquetball players, especially professional Racquetball players are in tip top condition. I mean, let the results speak for themselves. Right? Quickness is the key. Most Racquetball players train for their quickness. They?re not trying to go like bodybuilders and lift a ton of weight, some very small reps. That's not what matters. Everybody is trying to get as fast as they can. When you watch these Racquetball players diving all over the place, going with cat like quickness, it's all because they've trained with things like Plyametrics and foot work and quickness drills. I like to do things like this. Those kinds of things are what keep you fast out here. These kinds of training drills to get your foot work moving, to get your feet moving fast. That's how you do it. Jump rope is phenomenal. Getting outside into the gym which is out here and doing more reps, higher reps. Like twenty, twenty five, fifty. Not as much weight as you possibly can, six, seven reps. That's no good. That's trying to get size on and I'm not a big kid. All these Racquetball players aren't big bulky guys. Train for Racquetball like you would for quickness, go long reps because these matches can last two, three hours. If you're not training, somebody else out there is and if you guys meet up, you're going to lose."
