"Practice is key at getting good at any sport. When you're playing Racquetball, some of the best things to do is just repetitive motion and perfect practice is key to becoming a professional or an expert at this game. This is some of the things that I do to practice at Racquetball. Practice drills are, I will practice my Drive Serve by hitting a hundred Drive Serves. Over and over and over, I will go through that motion. A hundred times, two hundred times, over and over. I'll hit that serve until I get it right. Another great drill, which is also part of a warm up, is I can actually come up here and hit twenty five shots. Drop and hit here. There's one. After I hit that shot, I'm going to actually try to find out what I did wrong with that and do it again, twenty five times. Once I hit twenty five of those drop and hit drills, over and over and over again. Trying to go straight in, straight out, straight in, straight out, everything below the chest. Then, I'll come over to the backhand side and I'll do the same thing. Twenty five. Twenty five of these drills. Twenty five, twenty five. I'll move back to the dotted line, I'll hit twenty five here, then I'll go over to the backhand on the dotted line here, I'll hit twenty five there. Then maybe I'll hit a hundred ceiling balls. The more practice, the more better. Get on a racquetball court, work on your practice drills, and create some of your own. But the twenty five drill and the hundred serves and the hundred ceiling balls. That's how I've gotten to be a pro and that's what makes you an expert. Get on the court. Practice."
