"The thing that most amateur racquetball players over look the most, is their court positioning. The best place to be, I call it kind of home base or the golden circle. Which is center court. Most racquetball courts have this safety line. Which is a dotted line, you can't cross when someone is serving. Everybody wants to be right in here, this is center court. Center court, or the golden circle, is where you want be. Everybody's fighting for it and you'll always want to be here because you have a better shot at getting most of the shots in racquetball. If it's up in the front, you're closer to it by getting right here. If you're in the center court and it goes to the right side, you can get it here. Goes to the left side, you can get it here. Wherever you want to go, center court is the place to be. The worst place you can be, is, if you hit your shot and just stand here, you're giving ninety percent of the court up for your opponent to hit. It really doesn't make any sense for you to just hit a shot and stand back here. Or, if you got to retrieve a ball, and you go to get it and then you just kind of stand around and see what your opponents going to do. If you give up ninety percent of the court, then, you're going to lose. The goal is to get back to center court, battle your way into center court if that person is there, your opponent. Get him out. You hit it, you're going to hustle back to center court. Go to hit a ball up here, swing, get back to center court. Court positioning is key. You take over center court; you'll take over the match. No question."
