"The most important part of playing racquetball going into a racquetball match is to warm up, because everybody likes to come in and swing as hard as they can, and then they end of having injuries, and they don't play as well because they're not warmed up. So, first things first, is you can do the jumping jacks, you can do all these things, you can do the footwork drills, but getting a racket in your hand and warming up for a good solid ten or fifteen minutes, get a good sweat going, just basically starts by starting here, and drop and hit. Do that for about ten, fifteen minutes, get a good sweat going, then start practicing some of the shots that you would hit in a normal match, hitting ceiling balls, hitting the wide angle passes, hitting nice hard kill shots. You don't want to come in swinging as hard as you can, start soft, then, once you're warmed up, then start ripping it. Don't hurt yourself, warm up."
