"Now court positioning when playing double can be very tricky because now there's four people on the court. When your partner serves the ball, you are standing in this box, back to this wall. You can't come out of this box until the ball crosses the shore line. Once that ball crosses this line and bounces, now it's in play and your opponent is going to come after you and hit an aggressive shot. So, as soon as I come out of this box, I don't want to be standing there and give them a good open shot. I've got to get out, out here and take over my area of center court, which is right around here. I've got my partner taking over this side and we are trying to dominate this center area. As soon as I fall backwards, now my opponent's in front and they've got the aggressive role here. I don't want them to have the offense I want them to be on the defense. Another way to mess this up is, your partner serves, and then you just hang out here for too long. Then serve, return, and I'm still hanging out here. I see this way too often. Soon as the serve goes, you get back here quick, now you?re in position, you have a look over both shoulders, you got center court position and now you are on the offense rather than the defense."
