"We've talked about this many times. The best position to be is in the front or in the center when your opponent is in back of you. But often times people hit terrible shots even though they have their opponent right where they want them which is in back of them. You don't want your opponent to be in front of you or in center court so when you do have them in the ideal position which is in back of you, you have to hit the right shots. So, when your opponent is in back of you take advantage of the right shots. The worse shot is when they are in back of you hitting a ceiling ball or hitting a pass which goes right back to them. These wide angles go right back to the back court and that's right where they are hanging out. So when your opponent is in back of you hit these little corners, hit a little dink shot. Hit something up here that makes them have to run all of the way up here or dive to get a ball. So again don't hit shots that go to the back court if your opponent is in back of you. When your opponent is in back hit things that stay up front like a pinch shot."
