"We are going to talk about the ideal court positioning when returning serve. So, most of the time, the door is dead center with the back of the wall. You want to be about a racquet's length from the back wall. Dead center here. This is kind-of your area when you are returning serve. If you have a tendency to be returning serve on the forehand side more often because of the player that you are playing against loves to play to your forehand and it has just been happening over and over again, then maybe start to cheat or anticipate to the right a little bit because he is going to your forehand. He thinks you have a weak forehand or maybe he just feels most comfortable with hitting to your forehand. So, maybe cheat a little bit to the right. But the key is, generally in the center, because if he all of a sudden sneaks in something to the back and side, then you are going to be in a worse position over. So, don't go too far over. Don't just stand here and hit a bunch of forehands. The center is where you want when returning a serve. So, at this point, you have got the ability to step over once, boom. Step over once, boom. Everything happens from the center court about this area when returning serve."
