"Triceps are just the opposite of bicep curls. Start, feet shoulder width apart, palms facing up, with the weights that are comfortable for you. Curl down, and up, down and up. Again, you're working against the resistance of the water, so you're really focusing on that tricep area right in here. For triceps, you start the exercise, palms facing up, gripping the weights like this. Feet should be about shoulder width apart. Elbows in, tucked nicely to your sides, and curl down and up, down and up. Remember, go at a pace that's comfortable for you, never sacrificing technique for speed. Keep it up. You're doing great. "
