"Underwater bicep curls are slightly different than done on land. First of all, you want to get weights that are comfortable for you. Turn your hands over, palms facing down. You want to keep your elbows close to your side. Press down and up, down and up. Remember, we're working against the resistance of the water, so our hands are in the opposite position that they are on land. With bicep curls, it's opposite of land. You're holding the weights, palms down, because you're working against the resistance of the water. You want to make sure your feet are shoulder width apart, and just press down and up, down and up. Again, go at a pace that's comfortable for you and use a weight level that is comfortable for you as well. "
