"Now kickboxing is another workout that can be brought into the pool. Start out, knees slightly bent, guard up. You're just going to hop and punch, hop and punch, hop and punch. Go back the other way, hop and punch. Make sure you always keep your guard up and you look in the direction you're punching. For an added challenge, grab a weight. Hop and punch, hop and punch. Let's get in the water and see how it's really done now. For punching and jabbing in the water, make sure your guard is always up. You're looking in the direction you'll be punching and hop with your punch. For an added technical challenge, grab a weight. This just makes it a little bit harder. "
