"Cross country skiing is a great shallow water exercise. Start with one foot slightly in front of your body, the other foot slightly behind, knees relaxed. Now if your right foot is in front, your left arm starts in front and then you switch, just like you're cross country skiing. Just jump and switch. Let's hop in the water and try it out. Cross country skiing is another workout that's great for working upper and lower body muscles. This really focuses on your pectoralis muscles, your chest muscles, or your lats, your back muscles. It will also help you if you ever decide to go boarding or cross country skiing outside. Always remember, when your right hand is in front, your left leg is in front.
