"Hi my name is Shelia Lindsey and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to use the hip abduction machine. Okay I just like to explain something about the thigh master whether it's the inner or outer thighs. Now a lot of us think that getting on a that machine and doing a 100 repetitions will give us like thin you know legs and nice trim thighs. Unfortunately thats not the case what is going to reduce the fat in your legs is cardio and making sure that your getting to at least 180 minutes per week to reduce the fat. Now your body determines where it's going to be taking the fat from so some people it can start out from the face then the arms and then eventually trickle down to that thigh. But you just want to make sure that when your on the machine that you don't get on there and be like "I have to do 100 these" because that's not the case at all. You want to make sure as well that you keep your set to about 15 repetitions at a lower weight but making sure that's not to low that your not feeling your muscles at work."
