"Hi my name is Shelia Lindsey and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to use the hip abduction machine. So now that you've done your set usually the 15 repetitions the reason being is because this machine is designed to use your hip abductor muscles so your outer thighs. And you don't necessarily want these to get bigger so your going to do a set of 15 repetitions after you finish that you'll take your feet off of the stirrups, pull the handle to open that up and be very careful not to trip on any of this stuff down here and just stand up and your done."
