"Hi my name is Shelia Lindsey and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to use the hip abduction machine. Okay now that your going to do is adjust the weight because your just getting started remember to pull the tab out, you can put it at a lighter weight that's okay cause you can always adjust it. So I right here I always have it at 30 counts for demonstration your going to hold onto the handles, I also want to make sure that my back is pressed firmly against the back the seat. I don't want to be arched out I want to make sure that everything is rested right up against the chair, all I'm going to do is to push my legs out okay so I'm just going to push against the pads out and hold it for a full range motion as far as you can go and then slowly and control bring your legs right back together.
