"Hi my name is Sheila Lindsey and I'm here on behalf of Expert Village to show you how to use the hip abduction machine. How you get into the machine is you pull the lever and what it will do is that it will open the pads you come in and get yourself seated, you pull the lever in and pull it towards you, you put your feet on the stirrups. And basically how you close you want your legs to be is about hip width apart you don't want them all squished in and you don't want them way out here. Right here I have perfectly set up."
