"Hi my name is Sheila Lindsey and I'm going to show you how to use a stair master on behalf of Expert Village. Now if you have a lot longer time or you just been doing this for at least 3 times a week for 2 weeks remember you got to give yourself at least 2 weeks so that you can get into the routine and get your body use to what is going on. And then you can start increasing the time after you spent 5 minutes in warm up 15 minutes at a steady state and you can start playing around. You can continue to do another 15 minutes you know in a steady state or you can adjust the levels and start doing intervals, so you may want to do 2 minutes on really really intense to a minute off, or you can reverse that and do one minute on, really really intense and bring down the level and do 2 minutes of rest. "
