"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with crazysheryl.com and on behalf of Expert Village I want to talk to you about the benefits that help health benefits of snowshoeing. A lot of people think that if you are in the outdoors during the winter that you would be sick a lot. On the contrary, I have been doing this for 5 years and I am rarely sick; in fact, it is a very healthy thing mentally, physically, socially and emotionally. Especially if you are able to go with someone snowshoeing. It is important to have the right kind of clothes and stay warm but the air is nice and clean and it feels absolutely wonderful to be able to get out and move around in the snow. Especially the white, the white color feels so good and the blue sky it is just a great time to be outdoors. Unfortunately a lot of people don't come out doors and they end up a little more depression and the winter blues because they don't enjoy the outdoors."
