"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with CrazySheryl.com, and welcome to ExpertVillage.com. Hey, you need to have fun with your clothing when you are going to go hiking or walking in the outdoors. When it's super cold, you can have this lovely little Peruvian look, and keeping your ears all nice and warm. And that is such a great thing to just be comfortable. I haven't showed you, on my legs for instance, but you need to wear thin layers. Like lots of times I will wear just a thin layer of long underwear. And I'll wear just one or two thin layers and some pants over it. And so, same thing with the shirts, just nice and thin layers. The most important thing you need to remember is stay away from cotton fabrics. Cotton fabrics will absorb water, so when you start to sweat, or if you get any kind of moisture on you, it will stay cold. If you are wet, you will definitely be cold. So, the key is to stay nice and dry in the winter months."
