"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlachlin with crazysheryl.com and welcome to expertvillage.com. We're talking about walking and hiking around in the winter months. The coldest months out of the year and being outdoors and really enjoying it. Now one of the other ways that you need to be able to stay warm, well, let me just mention, I love sunglasses. The sun is out a lot and you need some good eye protection. Another thing though is, on really, really cold days, 5 degrees, 0 degrees or even below 0, I like to wear a little head thing that keeps my head completely warm. I can put it completely over my face and you need to keep it, you'll end up looking like a burglar, but honestly it keeps you so warm and I can still wear my glasses but keep your nose out a little bit or it will fog up your glasses. And you can pull it down like this or you can keep it completely off your neck if you're starting to get warm. That's just another great tip to staying warm in the winter."
