"Hi, my name is Sheryl McGlochlin with CrazySheryl.com and welcome to Expert Village.com. I'm here in beautiful Salt Lake City, Utah, and we're talking about how to really enjoy the outdoors in the winter by walking or hiking up in the mountains, and we have lots of mountains. But even if you don't have any mountains in your area, it's a great time to get outside and walk. One of the things that I am able to avoid by walking and being outdoors all winter is I never get cabin fever. I never experience the blues or any kind of depression, because it feels so good to be outdoors. Water is an important thing that you always want to take with you no matter where you go. And, if you have never been active or not recently been active in this type of thing, you need to go get a checkup with your physician and just make sure that you are in good condition to be able to start walking around outside, and I know you'll love it."
