"Alright, I'm here with Melissa again. We're going to do some examples of passing, but first I'm going to show you what not to do. Like I said, the women's lacrosse stick is very shallow so you really have to give with the ball. This is an example of not giving. Didn't give with the ball at all, and it just bounced out. So we're going to try that again and I'm going to give with it...see! And sometimes it helps to do a cradle once you get it, get it under your cradle to get it under control. But I'll do it just straight giving to show that...and that's how you can catch it. Now I'm going to catch with my offside. You see I had to give more in a circular motion. And with the offside it's really easy, you go straight into your cradle afterwards. There we go...a couple more with the offside. We're going to do left-handed now. And left-handed offside. That's it!"
