"Now as you learn all these different cradles and master them, you're just going to want to be able to seamlessly integrate them all together so you can have a lot more ease as you're trying to maneuver through defenders or players of the opposite team. There's a lot of different ways that you can practice. You can set up cones and practice running through them, you of course can practice with other players and an easy way to practice while you're at home is "cradling around the clock" as we like to call it. You just practice cradling at 12 o'clock, then 3 o'clock, then 6 o'clock, then 9 o'clock, and then 12 o'clock. You can also practice cradling on your off side when you're at 9 o'clock and 12 o'clock, practice left handed, practice switching hands when you get to the 3 and 9 o'clock which, once again you put your shoulder in it so you're guarding the ball and the net. It's just a good exercise so you can continue practicing and getting good at cradling because it's very essential to the game of lacrosse."
