"Alright, in Lacrosse, you play with a rubber ball. You can get yellow or white, I like white because it's a little bit easier to see it, right? They're heavy, they're hard and they really hurt to get hit with so later you're going to want to make sure you learn how to catch but they're regulation. They'll say they meet the regulations, on them, so you don't have to worry about buying a ball that's not going to be useful, in the game. As far as sticks go, in women's lacrosse, there is, they can be a minimum of thirty-five inches and a maximum of forty-three and a quarter inches, for the players sticks and then for the goalies stick, it can be a minimum of thirty-five inches and a maximum of forty-eight. So, when you first buy a stick, it's going to come long and you want to go to like a Home Depot, or someplace and get it cut. You want to get it cut to where your pointer finger, it goes from your armpit to your pointer finger, that's normally a good length, if you're an offender, in defense, you maybe want to go a little bit longer, so you can reach out and get someone. Also, before you play, they're going to have a stick check. The ball has to be visible, over the top of the sides of the stick, to be legal, so the referee is going to take your stick, hold it like this, look at it, push the ball in and run his hand over it. This one is barely regulation, they maybe wouldn't let me play with this stick but a better example of one, that's legal, is this one, see? You can see the ball over the sides, run your hands and you're not hitting the sides, or anything like that. That would be a legal stick and you'd be able to play with it."
