" Hi my name is Dan Schmidt from the Chinese Martial Arts Center and for expertvillage.com. In this clip we are going to be showing you self defense against the double wrist grab from the rear. So if you are every walking along and someone just grabs the wrist this way all you have to do is take a step out like this. As you turn twist your wrist out through one hand. Okay from here, twist, grab there wrist, and aim a kick right at the arm pit if you can reach if not you could kick right at the ribs. See how he bends this way if you pull. Then right from here as you come down just punch right to the ear this way and twist. So again so you step out break, twist and grab, kick and pull, and punch right to the ear. These are some of the finer points. Now just don't try to step out and break this way you have to twist, turn around opposite side. See this hand you have to physically grab as you twist over and pull. Pull him into your kick. Right from here just take the fist no special way just swing the fist straight down to the ear. That would rupture the eardrum and then they would stop there attack. That is self defense against the rear double wrist grab."
