"In this clip, I'm going to just demonstrate for you transition between throws. Just like on the ground being able to have continuous movement from position and position, the same as standing. We'll take a look at the throws we practiced today. Hip throw. Let's say I failed the hip throw. I need to be able to quickly go to a back trip position. If I fail the back trip position, I need to quickly be able to go to a sweep position without stalling my movement. A good way to practice is to just slowly enter, enter, enter from one to the other. It doesn't have to be fast. 1, 2, 3, like that. When you get comfortable with a movement, you can do it quicker. 1, 2. Always hold the arm. Control you partner at the end."
