"STEPHEN KOEPFER: On behalf on Expert Village, my name is Stephen Koepfer of New York Combat Sambo in New York City, and today we're going to show you Sambo combinations. Okay, this Sambo combination is going to involve two throws. Again, first throw is an entrance, he defends. The second throw is your followup. The first throw that you're going to try is the kick-up throw or podhvat under one leg where I enter and throw him here. Oftentimes, he'll circle; we're going to transition into a sacrifice throw. He circles. I can't quite get the throw for whatever reason, I pivot and keep my shin on his groin, roll him over into a sacrifice throw into your striking, okay, or submissions. One more time, full speed. Again, punches, submissions, strikes; all of this is available to you if you control your opponent. What's most important in all these combinations, you flow from technique to technique. On behalf of Expert Village, thanks for watching."
