"STEPHEN KOEPFER: On behalf of Expert Village, my name is Stephen Koepfer of New York Combat Sambo in New York City, and today we're going to show you Sambo combinations. Okay, this is going to be a defensive Sambo combination against a strike my opponent is making on me. So, this is going to be a take down into a submission. In this case, my opponent is kneeing me and I can get the opportunity to catch his knee like this. Once I have his knee, I have to lift him up, sweep his foot, and I'm going to follow up with an ankle submission on this ankle on the ground. So we'll do it one time slow. From here, again, knee on the bottom, ankle submission. One time fast. So you'll see again, you always are keeping the grip all the way through the throw. In Sambo, everything should be seamless, throw to submission."
