"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Stephen Koepfer at New York Combat Sambo in New York City and today we are going to be doing advance sambo. Okay in this next advance sambo technique we are going to do a shoot to a rear heel hook. Please know that heel hook can be dangerous so when you practice this don't twist it very hard just put it in place. So we may have our grip, I'm going to go low underneath attacking his legs. Most people in the shoot go low try to take the persons back or go low and attack the leg. We are going to do something different to fake him out it is just like a plow he is going to expect one thing we do another. We go low, swing both arms under the legs and your own legs buck, from here you put the heel hook in position. One more time real time. "
