"On behalf of Expert Village I'm Stephen Koepfer at New York Combat Sambo in New York City and today we are going to be doing advance sambo. This advance technique I'm going to show you the rolling arm bar to attack your opponent who's in a turtle position. You may come to a situation where your opponent turtles up on his elbows and knees. Step over, grab the belt behind Do not grab the belt in front of your self, grab the belt beside of yourself. You are going to grab his jacket, pull up to the air to give your leg room to roll underneath him like that. Then like all other rolls nice and deep you pulling him over. You come out of the roll you would have hooked his arm and you do your basic arm roll. So once more in real time in turtle here, jerk up. "
