"Hi, this is Sean Hobson and what we're talking about right now is having the proper mechanics to a good shot. What we're going to talk about right now is the balance of the shot. Obviously the core of your balance comes from having a good stance. We talked about that earlier. If you have your feet shoulder width apart and you're down in a good stance, then you're going to have good balance. But there are times when people go to shoot that maybe they'll leave one foot out in front of the other too much and when they shoot, it?s going to push their body to one side or the other. The other thing we're talking about when shooting and having good balance is a lot of time you're not going to be shooting just standing there. You're going to be moving or you're going to be stepping into a shot. Anytime you step into a shot, it is critical that you get yourself squared up like our shooter is right here. If he takes a step to the right or to the left, he can't be fading off to the right or to the left. You see how he goes ahead. He steps, he gathers himself and he's right back in that core base with his feet shoulder width apart, his body squared to the basket. You got to have good balance or else you're not going to be an accurate shooter."
