"Toe taps are great. You can do them right there on a curb, or any elevated area...and of course outdoors! The motion starts with your toes. Tapping on a curb. Now if that feels too hard you can take it slow and just put your foot on, one at a time. And then you feel ready- by adding a little bit of bounce, and a little bit of speed (and the arms just have a casual swing.) Now if you're feeling extra jazzy you can travel with them. Not to far, but right to left. Alright. So that first one again you're up, tapping nice and easy. This will still getting your heart rate up. Arms are swinging. Then you can add that speed to it. Breathe. In the nose and out the mouth. And then you can travel with it. I guarantee this is going to wear you out. Outside with the breeze. Toe taps, right there!"
