""Suicide", you can do anywhere. We're going to do them in a parking lot, where we can actually use the parking space line as your marks. "Suicides" are progressive, so we're going to go, one-step, come back, go farther, come back and even farther and come back again. Are you ready? Take a touchdown...and touch...touchdown...go back to start and touch again...all the way to the end...and when you get back, you're going to rest with jacks, an active rest. For eight...seven...six...five...four...three...two...and one. Start your second set. Keep breathing in the nose, out the mouth, arms pumping, and jack for eight............four.......... One more set! You got to make sure you're keeping that area in. Last set for eight...seven...six...five...four...three...two...and that's your "Suicide"."
