"The duck walk is intense. If you have any knee problems or knee injuries this one is not for you. But, if your knees are okay I want you to give it a try. This is your starting position. Your hips are down low. Your arms are right in front and you're going to walk like a duck to one destination point. My destination is going to be that bench over there. Nice and low, you're going to feel a little bounce, hips are low. Once you get to your destination, rest and then I want you to duck walk ."
